Rebecca Milne is the Director of Design Strategy at Perkins Eastman. Her background in neuropsychology and architecture informs her investigations on how design affects physical and mental well-being in all design disciplines. Her approach revolves around strategic thinking, gathering all pertinent resources to implement innovative problem-solving for issues both in and outside the built environment. Part of her approach includes fostering a culture of thought leadership which fuels these creative solutions.
Her designs continue to push the industry to create meaningful spaces and solutions. As a published researcher, Rebecca has pioneered several studies examining both how people collaborate, and the importance of individualization in activity-based workplace, healthcare, and education environments.
